The Best Recipe Ever w/ Cathy Jones

Ingredients

1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
3 green onions, 1 sliced thinly, + the green of 2 scallions, sliced thinly
1 1/2 tsp minced peeled ginger
1 1/2 tsp sugar ((or agave or maple syrup or honey)
1 Tb tamari/soy sauce
1 Tb ketchup or BBQ sauce
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1lb halibut fillets cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup all-purp flour seasoned w/ salt & pepper for dredging the fish
Vege oil to saute the fish
